Welcome to all things Sugar Dairy and Gluten Free!
In my kitchen you will find: No animals. Eggs, milk, cheese, butter, refined sugars, gluten. You might wonder what is left to eat and enjoy?
Oh EVERYTHING else!
A real Food Revolution is possible.
I strive towards on a plant-based diet that is seasonal, local where possible, fresh and real fuel for your body! That's if you don't overdose on the cacao truffles. Ever tried a green smoothie loaded with superfoods? Fresh almond milk with real vanilla? A plethora or vegetables hiding in your muffins? Lentils that actually taste like you want to lick your plate? A garlic cashew creme on your steamed broccoli? Quinoa and ancient grain salads loaded with vitamins, minerals?
I endeavor to use food as medicine and incorporate as many wholesome ingredients I can whilst making sure the food tastes delicious too.
I am rather promiscuous with diets, they all have a time and place and am happy to adjust to your current needs.
How about a menu like this one:
Entree;
Cauliflower Chia Fritters with Green Goddess Tahini Dip.
Main:
Pie of caramalised Red Onion and Pumpkin grilled Cherry Tomato Arame with Tofu Cream and Basil.
Quinoa Salad with marinated baked Tempeh Sweet Potato Pumpkin Coriander and activated roasted Pepitas served on garden fresh Greens with Strawberry Balsamico Vinaigrette,
and Cucumber Red Radish Watercress Pickles.
Dessert:
Chocolate Chia Beetroot Berry Cake with Avocado Chocolate Icing.
